LINKÖPING, Sweden; December 5, 2013 – Vinnova, responsible for the Swedish Government’s funding of leading research projects, has decided to invest 10 MSEK in the Image Lab project, where AMRA is one the leading parts. The purpose of this project is to increase the efficiency in handling and analysis of radiological images via a web-based service.
Via the ImageLab, clinics around the world will be able to, in a secure way, send their radiological images via Internet to one place where the images will be automatically or semi-automatically analysed. AMRA is one of the main vendors in this project. AMRA’s software for automatic analysis of fat and muscle volumes will be available via the image lab. Read more about the ImageLab Project.
